A guy on my local Craigslist is selling an AV Famicom with 36 games for $125, but he said he would lower it down to $100 for me.
So, is this a good deal?

Just make sure all the games aren't crappy sports titles first. Then go for it.

Nah, he has some good games. The entire Mario/Double Dragon series, Contra, Rockman 6, and Ninja Gaiden, among others.
There are some sports titles too.
what are the games/condition?

$100 for an AV Famicom (not famiclone) with no shipping/local alone is good for that price. The games are just icing.

I'm not sure why you'd even have to ask if everything was legit. Even if it was loose NES games and a toaster it would be worth it. Being a AV famicom and famicom games should be enough to make it worth it reguardless of sports titles or no. Maybe if they were majhong but that's a different story.
