How To Dump NES ROMs to NES Cartridge

Hi, would someone help me or link me on a site that teaches me to dump NES ROMs to NES Cartidges.... I'm dying to figure out to dump my Final Fantasy ROM

what are the programs used and devices needed im running windows XP i hope you can help me, many thanks to those who did :p

Not 100% sure, but I think this type of topic is not allowed here.

Not gonna be as easy as you think. You can't even do it to a normal cart, I don't think, and if you can, I'm sure it requires some sort of EEPROM programming device. You should look into alternatives, perhaps that PowerPak device, or emulation. Or just buy Dragon Warrior instead. :P
