After watching the top 20 Genesis games video at gametrailers, I watched the top 20 SNES games video (link (http://www.gametrailers.com/player/31740.html)).
They include Street Fighter II Turbo as one of their games, but note that it's "broken". Is this true? How is it broken? I've searched google and have no idea what they're talking about.
Does anyone know anything about this?

Street Fighter enthusiasts (or 2D fighter enthusiasts in general) usually claim that a version of a game is "broken" if a certain aspect is wildly unbalanced, colision or timing is off, etc.
I've never heard of the SNES versions of SF II as "broken", and as much as I like Street Fighter II I'm not a super hardcore tournament playing enthusiast that would even be able to tell you exactly what is "broken" about it anyway.

Off the top of my head, boxer's dash punches are nerfed against certain opponents.

I seem to recall certain normal moves were different, and Gief's jumping straight up headbutt ALWAYS dizzies (as opposed to the arcade, where it was not a guarantee.)
But outright broken? First time I've heard that one. HF on SNES is a pretty good port considering the time period.

That's actually how it was in the Japanese arcade version.
Vega's triple roll isn't in the American arcade release, either, but it's in the SNES game..

Okay, so it turns out this is only true when playing as Balrog against the CPU.
I found this out today at a tournament for this very game, which I won.;)
I didn't notice anything broken about the gameplay but none of us were really top level players, so who knows.
