I was sooo close to hitting submit on purchasing the Amazon exclusive Fallout 3 bundle (http://www.amazon.com/Fallout-Amazon-com-Exclusive-Survival-Xbox-360/dp/B0017QL8XE/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1218653583&sr=8-2), when I realized I might not like the game...
I'm not a big fan of RPGs - basically any game that has to do with 'leveling up' doesn't interest me. I forced myself to play Oblivion when it came out because of all the 'hoopla' - and I made it about 10 hours into the game. I liked it, but I wasn't compelled to go any further. I got stuck at a point that I couldn't get past, and just gave up on it.
The trailers and E3 footage for Fallout 3 look like it's a bit different than Oblivion and a typical RPG - but I could be wrong.
I've become a sucker for Collector's Editions and this one looks amazing. But I'm not sure if I want to spend $130 on a game I won't play... ;-)
