Where can I find info on Phantasy Star online fan servers?

So I guess the servrs for the original Phantasy star online went down in April of this year. I always meant to finish this game. I heard there are fan server that I can join and play for free. Any idea where, and how I can get connected to these servers?

Go do a Google search for "SCHTHACK Private Server". They have the biggest community out of the other PSO servers (Though it's mostly Blue Burst, there's still a small community of Dreamcast, Gamecube, and PCv2 players)
