This is the latest trailer from SOE for the EQII MMO releases. Though the video itself isn't classic gaming the SOE logo hardcore voice over made me instantly think of the SEGA! intro from back in the day.

EDIT: oops. title misspell. Wish I could fix that :(

The Sega Scream (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ce8a-5-JKDs) is better. The first time I heard "ES-OH-EE!" I didn't know what it was at first.

(just a parenthesis here: what's with the replacing of nouns with (whatever) in the Hotel Mario intro? Is that supposed to be the new meme or something?)

(End of parenthesis)

Sony has not been innovative in a while if you ask me...

LittleBigPlanet and Fat Princess, among others, say hi. ;)

LBP was developed by Media Molecule, a British company founded in part by Rag Doll Kung Fu creator Mark Healey. SOE just publishes the game.

On that same train of thought anyone could have published Harry Potter.

Though, with books a change of publisher does effect the cover art. Look at what they did to Terry Pratchett's early books when they went to mass market this last year.

Well, Sony is just publishing LBP, and Fat Princess does not look overly innovative if you ask me. It's charming and all that ofc.

Sony has no love in my heart in this generation, I keep looking back and so do they.

I'm aware that Sony just publishes LBP, but it's still a very innovative game that will only be on their system.
