So today I bought CONDEMNED for 360 and as soon as I book stack it with the others...something was missing...
Example:

Normal Plantinum Hits case...

and a "WTF!? Plantinum Hits case"...
Typo? Misprint? Weird stuff...
Is that normal?
*Yes I'm aware how ugly PH cases are, but that's not the point*

Must be a printing mistake. I don't see why the name wouldn't appear (on purpose) on the spine...

It's one of two things. Either there is an entire Condemned run that has nothing on the spine (which would make it a artwork error that wasn't caught) or it was a printing error on just that case.
I don't own the PH (or the regular version of the game for that matter) so I can't compare. I'd just keep an eye out in the stores to see if you see more that way. If you do, most likely the entire run was messed up.
Sony did it with a PS2 game called City Crisis back around launch.

Awesome! Its like the 360's very own ASTAL!!! The only Saturn game without its name on the spine.

My copy I had was exactly the same, I don't have it anymore though as I recently sold my 360.

Every PH copy of Condemned that I've seen was the same way. I thought it was odd, too.

That reminds me a few 16-bit games that didn't have their names on the top of the cart labels - Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune on the Genesis, and some George Foreman boxing game on the SNES. None of those were print errors though (AFAIK).

I've seen copies of Jeopardy with the name on the top of the cart label. But I've also seen at least two different label and case variants, so there's probably one more I've never seen. :)

Wild Arms 5 (PS2) doesn't have the name on the spine either.
TC: Condemned Platinum Hits all look that way. There hasn't been a name on the spine since it was released.

Wild Arms 5 comes with a outer box, so i guess they figured nobody would bother displaying the game case, without it being in its outer box. There are some other ps2 games like that too. Can't remember any right now, but i know there is at least a couple more with the outer box/no name on the side.

That's going to be a whole run with no name on the spine. The way those are printed, it would be highly unlikely that only a few made it out like that.

It was an entire print run that made it out without the title... oops.

Siren for the PS2 is missing it's part # on the spine as well. Also, a few XS games for the PS2 claimed the games were on DVD but the game itself was labeled as a CD.

Fuyukaze, what XS games where mis-labeled on the ps2?
I checked the 6 XS games i own. Those being, Castle Shikigami 2, DT Racer, FunkMaster Flex's Digital Hitz Factory, Rebel Raiders, Super Trucks Racing, and The Red Star.
Castle Shikigami 2 is a CD game, but for some reason on the back of the case, it doesn't say anything on back of the case.
FunkMaster Flex's Digital Hitz Factory, is a DVD game, but on the back of the case it says it should be a CD game. So thats the only mess up i noticed.
Other XS games games i don't own are, Mobile Light Force 2, Super Pick Ups, DT Racer Refueled(which comes out soon), and FunkMaster Flex's Digital Hitz Factory w/mic version. I'm not sure if that comes in a box like most do that include a mic.
Anybody know anything about those other 4?
2 demos i know for the ps2, that are messed up are,
Mark of Kri, the disc says DVD, but its actually a CD. (blue backed)
Also Rise of the Kasai is wrong, disc is CD and correct, the sleeve for demo says it is a DVD on the back.
Shit like this happens, maybe more than you think. Maybe it'll be worth something someday?!?!
