Is there a way to rotate the Windows screen to look normal? Here's my problem..

-In properties, I rotate the screen clockwise to play a game like sayyy, Pac Man.

-I rotate my monitor to get the full arcade effect (flip it onto its side).

-I escape out of Pac Man to play something else. Now Windows is not rotated, so the list of games in MAME is sideways.

Anyone know a way around this?

And my next question would be, using such a set up with the monitor sitting on its side, how would I set up a horizontally-oriented game (ie Street Fighter) so it has the correct aspect ratio?

I think StretchMAME (http://stretchmame.mameworld.net/) (or maybe MAME32 Plus! (http://61.172.255.76/mamel/) or GLMAME32 (http://www.jausoft.com/glmame32.html)?) includes some of the functionality you're looking for, but I could be wrong.

If you have an Nvidia GeForce based card and use the latest drivers you are in luck. They fortunately have the ability the flip teh screen any way you want.

Cool. Someday I want to have a PC dedicated to just vertical games. Yep, I'm getting THAT spoiled.

Hey, who's that dude in the picture? Kinda looks like Larry from 3s Company.

My radio teacher from high school was a dead ringer for that man. Hair, clothes, everything. One day we played the Three's Company theme song when he entered the room. Luckily he was one of the coolest teachers I ever had and would give us as much shit as we gave him.

That guy had a last name? Larry Dallas?

What ever happened to that dude? He seemed like a somewhat popular supporting character. Maybe he should have had his own spinoff instead of The Ropers.

He was actually somewhat reminiscent of the John Laroquette "Night Court" character that won all kinds of Emmys.

Remember when he streaked through the apartment?

This is the perfect place for me to state that Larry was one deeply freaky looking dude!!
