Madden 09 XBOX potentially RARE???

I realize that this is a new release, but I would have to imagine this will be a very low print run. The majority of people have migrated to the next gen consoles & there are not many retailers that even carry original Xbox software anymore. I have noticed there are a few on Ebay, but not too many considering how new it is. Just like to see what others may know or think about it.

If you do an advanced search for titles only using the words "Madden" and "XBOX," you'll come up with these 2 threads...
