I bought this at a local store that sometimes has imports, and no one seems to know what it is.

All I know is that it's based of of the Perman anime and the box is written in Chinese.

Anyone else familiar with this game or has ever heard of it?

I can't think of the name, but it had an official release.

JGS just list it as parman but that's all i know about it.

I thought i seen a ad for it once at youtube though.

That's what I figured, that it was a bootleg of an official release.
