www.planetdreamcast.com is the best I've seen. Glad to see it's still kicking around too. I browsed it quite a bit 4+ years ago during my DC mini-run there

Planet Dreamcast is the best / most comprehensive I've come across. But I did enjoy some of those Dreamcast Junkyard posts and videos.
