Well. There's one seller that keeps on selling BULLSHIT on ebay. Expensive resealed games. Making money on noobs, ripping off people and so on.
We bought some stuff from him and it's a very talented reseals.
This is his second account here. The original one was kenjikazama ..

Well we've been reporting his auctions many times but the bastard keeps on doing this crap.
I want to teach him a lesson. Let's make fake accounts and bid like hell so that he'll be buried under paypal fees!!

That wouldn't work. If a buyer doesn't pay then ebay refunds the fees. All you'd really be doing is wasting his time (and yours) and risk beign banned by ebay.

EDIT - Oh wait, you said paypal fees. Now I'm even more confused how this would work. Paypal fees are only charged when the item has been payed for. Which is what he wants, the buyer to pay for the item.

DigitalPress is not your personal army.

He's a douche, so we should be reporting him, that's true - but without any sort of evidence we can't do a thing.

That person ripped some senior members of SGH for about 1000$ already. And he keeps on doing this. From another account for some reason.
And ebay charged me for fees even before i got paid (not by paypal but by money order at all!). So are you, jb143 sure about this?

Yes, Ebay will charge you listing fees as soon as you list the item and final value fees as soon as the auction is over. But if the seller files a claim that the buyer didn't pay then Ebay will refund the fees. I know, I've had to do it many times when the seller didn't pay, and every single time, Ebay refunded the fees. So all you'd really be doing is annoying the heck out of them. You'd also be wasting their time costing them a week's listing or it would be going to the next highest bidder as a second chance listing. Maybe all this is what your going for but you won't be costing them any money.

Well looking at the link of the ogre battle, anyone who buys a sealed game without photos deserves what they get imho. Do some research before dropping big money on a game.

That ad has so many red flags it isn't funny. A new guy with a feedback of 2 just happens to have 2 very expensive SNES games sealed and lists them with stock pictures.

I would hope that the ads that got the senior guys at SGH were done a little better than these 2 since you would expect those guys to be very cautious about that kind of stuff.

I was one of the people who got ripped off by this joker and at the time his auction actually had pics and it looked legit. That was until I received it and could tell it was a reseal. He wouldn't refund my money so I had to fight with Paypal to get it back. The jackass is still buying CIB copies to reseal. BE CAREFUL!!!
