I just got a Sega Saturn on CL and the guy swears he's never had any problems with it. When you put a disc in the system, you go to snap it onto the spindle, but you can't because the spindle is too low, and the disc presses against the laser, it now being too high. Has anyone ever seen this before?

Heard about it.

Well, pull it. With care. Try to make something like a lever, trying to raise the rotating part.

You can consider it damaged for peace of mind... =P

It is, in fact... this only happens with bad use. =/

I asked the guy is he can meet up, and he says, "for what? im not happy with the fact you opened it up,how do i know you just didnt take a part you needed." What an $%^hole. I'll try to raise it. I tugged on it a little, but I didn't think you could really do that. It doesn't really make sense. Anyways, I'll give that a try.
