As an ammendment to his post, Pliskin's item in question is(or at least was when he bought it) sealed. Though the wrap is quite loose and the box is squished(most likely due to storage issues), it is still in fact sealed as there is no way to get the cart out and it does not appear to be a reseal.

The game is a R7 9according to atariage) and is one of the easier hard to find collectable games. Though you don't see these wrapped and you just don't see them at all.

I think this is the only game on the planet where there are more sealed copies then open ones...
