If I were to come across one of these, how much would it be worth? Okay so I'm a bad liar, I've found one at local shop and I was thinking that somebody on here might be interested in it. Any ideas?

shipping is the big killer on them, but they are very desirable IF they have the original controlers black) and the legs aren't broken (common problem)

I might be interested in buying it depending on how much you want.

I don't think I'd want to pay to ship it, but what's the approximate value? I've never seen one, so a picture would be nice. What are they asking for it?

That definitelly looks interesting. Still, I don't know where I'd put it. I'd go maybe $25 for it, but that's just me because I'm not LOOKING for it. That would just be something cool to have. I'm sure it's worth a bit more.

I've seen single controllers sell for more than 25 bucks.

This isn't a cheapie item guys get your heads out of the clouds.

Single controller... more than $25.... that can't be US currency.

I expect this to be something like $75-125. I'm just saying what I'd pay for it if I saw it randomly.

I had one of this .... very sweet combo :D

I can easily pay 300 for it, should be more expensive.

shipping is the killer here, also the legs are often broken along with other problems, if it is in nice shape its hard to say what it could sell for. Does it have the box?

a mint one with the legs intact would easily be worth 300+ with broken legs around 150 is reasonable, as I said before the controllers are VERY desirable (they are black if you weren't aware) and would easily fetch 30+ each. is anyone aware if there was or wasn't a zapper made for it?

Would probably look a lot like the Sega Light Phaser. In fact, if you had one of these units that would be a cool modded accessory to make if there wasn't a real one made for it.

I guess I'll let y'all know that the flea market guy wants $175...I believe i saw a black controller, not so sure about the legs...

If I really wanted it, I'd offer $125 and maybe buy some other game-related stuff that he has. I personally think that it's a bit overpriced, and might not even work.

If the pins on the connector are worn out, you may not be able to open it up easily to bend them back/replace the connector. If the TV is shot or has bad color, so on and so on...

I didn't mentioned it was hooked up with a game playing?

No.

Even if it was, did it boot the cart right away or did it take a lot of work? How was the picture quality. You're just being too shy with information, write everything you know about it and get it all out.

theres nothing else I can tell you until I see it again, if its still there. I didn't think until after I left that there might be somebody on here that wants it. I'm not really looking to make a lot of profit here. It just seems like a good specimen for a DPer. I thought it might be a good first act in the community as I'm still relatively a newb here. I'm really not trying to scam people or withhold information.

its quite a rare item and a very neat piece, if you're interested in a nes collection it'd be a very nice centerpiece to any collection (i'd snatch one up in a second for that price) whether you want to resell it or not, its a sound investment espeicaly if its tested and works (and has the black controllers)

The thing is it is a nice piece, but I don't have the space for something like that right now. My collecting goal is to own at least one variation of every U.S. Release system. I might pick it up tommorrow. Maybe haggle a bit

So I was gonna pick it this weekend on the way to my dad's birthday....but, Ike is heading straight for my area. I'm probably evacuating tommorrow

(I got mine for free :) It helps to talk to your teachers about video games)
I think the Sharp NES TV is pretty nice, but note that it only offers a RF input, not that you'd be using it for something else, since it's sorta a giant one-use machine. I have mine in storage because I just don't have the space for it. I didn't know that the legs were an important feature, the legs on mine are fine and unbroken, with the normal wear that legs would have. It's too bad that I accidentally broke it's cartridge slot. (That's another story, but I'm going to take this monster apart and replace it.) Price wise, I've been watching these and I've seen them go on Ebay as low as $75 (not including shipping) and as high as $300.
