I want to get this import game for my Xbox but I'm unsure if it's one of the games that requires you to have a Japanese Xbox to play. I've been pleasantly surprised with quite a few Xbox imports that play on my US Xbox with no problem. Does anyone have this game and know if it will play on a US Xbox without any modification?

I see. I should probably just get it but I've already been burnt with 2 import Xbox games that way. I guess the search continues.

Might be easier to get a Japanese Xbox, so you know it'll play for sure... They do pop up on Ebay...

I'm pretty sure that isn't one of the Panzer Dragoon Saga systems.

You are correct sir. In my old age it's getting harder for me to see straight. But I still want that white limited system regardless.

It takes about 10 minutes and $0 to mod a US xbox to play japanese games... I think most people who want to play imports take that route and don't really care what the region is.

Care to share some of that info? I'd realy like to give my copy of shikigami no shiro a try. That and see how bad shin megami tensei nine realy was.

I never mod any of my systems---thats what import converters are for. Well, except that there really weren't any for the PS2 and Xbox. I've actually looked into the soft mod route but even that would break my devotion to the straight-edge lifestyle I lead. No drinking, no smoking, no drugs and absolutely no modding. After all, I have kids on xbox live that look up to me:angel:

If it's the legal aspect of it that bothers you, you should look into the cromwell bios. It was designed from scratch as a completely legal method of modding an xbox. Every line of code was written from scratch, and it obeys all US Laws and copyrights.
If that doesn't float your boat, their isn't much more i can do for you. It costs about $65 just to ship an Xbox from Japan...

:Sigh::( I know. I've been trying to circumvent that problem on ebay for years, but the Xbox is just too damn heavy to get around it.

Well I finally got this game and guess what....it's NOT region free:( Oh well, atleast I'll have it when I get a Japanese Xbox.
