I was going to take pics of my complete NTSC VB Collection, and within all my boxes, I couldn't find my vb games (I know they are somewhere, I just couldn't find them). I ended up taking pics of my N-Gage collection since those were easy to find. Tell me what you think. This is the very first collection I completed for a system, with VB being the second.

Combining posts! Yeah

I brag about my computer, so here it is in all its glory:

I have been meaning to get these online as well. once I take pics of my vb collection, then I will just change this to something else, but I think these are all awesome pics. My computer dominates and I love it. I am not done modding it either, so I will add pics of other mods that I do to it.

EDIT:
Bumped cuz I finally added my VB Collection

Nice N-gage set. Let me be the first to say "I didn't know there were that many games for the system." I would've guessed about half that amount, probably.

Is the Civilization port any good?

Civ is not bad at all. It is pretty good. Definately not near as robust as, say Civ 3 on PC, but it is still definately civ.

The N-Gage is way underrated. Many of the later games are awesome and it has some great emulators. I still play mine when I don't want the bulk of the PSP.

Not to mention all of the great Symbian apps that the device can run. I absolutely loved my QD....one of the systems I regret parting with.

Uh, this is not a dell. This chassis was obtained long before Alienware was bought out by Dell. The chassis got changed when Dell bought them (well, I think they kept the Aurora Chassis the same for awhile).

But yeah, not a Dell. The chassis was obtained brand new before 2006.

Another good indicator that this is not a Dell is the chassis itself not being a P2 chassis. Dellienware started using the P2 chassis way back in 2006, which looks significantly different to this. The front ports on the P2 only have 2 usb slots, and replaced the other 2 usb slots with a 3.5mm microphone jack and a 3.5mm headphone jack. They also placed these ports in the middle in front of the chassis, instead of on the bottom of the front of the chassis. The P2 (Dellienware) also comes with a standard 700-watt power supply while the legacy chassis (what I have) comes with 450.

What is the HUGE downside of the newer chassis: it only has 3 5.25 drive bay ports, while mine has 4. Yes, I am using 2 of them for a fan, but even still. The legacy chassis also has 2 3.0 slots for floppies

Yes, I have had that chassis since before 2006 (which was when Dell bought Alienware). Why do you think I want to flaunt it? It is an Alienware before Dell bought them off. As you can see as well, that chassis is in very good condition.

Nice Set, congrats on your complete set. The N-gage had some true gems, alot of them at the end when everyone bailed. Thanks to being in a big city, I too scored a US N-Gage set, online exclusives, and some cool promo stuff. The QD is what they should have made in the first place. Good phone, good games. Heck some of the later games on the N-gage are still some of the best I have seen in cell phone games.

dont flaunt alienware regardless. they were always overpriced machines for snobby rich boys. anyone with half an intellect could build their own machine and have it perform +/- 10% close to the alienware and spend oh... 1/3 of the money.

if its just the case you got, then forgive me for my flame, the cases do in fact look nice if youre into that sort of thing (i prefer plain aluminum cases -- functionality over shine)

I saved up for and bought an alienware barebones from alienware way back in the day (chassis, power supply. mobo, processor) and that was it. It cost me, at that time, 800. Everything else is all me.

I assure you, my friend, not everything is always how it appears. I flaunt that computer because I am proud of it and myself for what I have accomplished and have overcome (and stopped doing in my past) in order to save up on my own and get one.

What does this alienware have to do with the Dellienwares? The chassis looks similar, but that is about all that is in common.

Besides, regardless of what people think, I am super proud of it and think it is an amazing machine.

Don't feed the troll, SegaAges. Your setup looks good, and if you like it, that's what's important.

I am normally the person replying to other threads. I am still getting back into the swing of things with message boards (even though I have been back here for a few months). Thanks for the reminder, I will remember it.

Another thing I am doing to my computer. This mod will be crazy, but it will be cheap. If you think about it, all pc's get dust and stuff cluttered inside the machine. What is something that pulls dust from the air? An Ionic Breeze. I don't remember the brand, but there is a knock off brand of that which works better that has a car lighter version that i am going to mod to put inside of my computer. I think it is going to be insane to put an ionic breeze in there. This is something that will not happen anytime soon though. I am waiting on a paycheck to make my dc laptop, then a supergun, which means other hardware stuff is on the back-burner, but even still, I plan on putting it in (the more stuff I plan on doing, the busier I am, which is fun).

Yes, I have friends that are crazier than I am about computer hardware. One of those normal house fans or whatever (i don't know what they are called, it is a fan that you plug into a wall and it is a fan), I got a buddy who modded his case and put 1 of those fans on the side of his case to cool it.
