How much are these worth?

Hi all,

This is my first post in the forum but i didnt see anywhere to introduce myself - so hey!

Basically I have a few games that i think are pretty rare, so I'd like to get some rough estimations from you guys to see what you think they are worth.

The estimations im looking for are;
Value now
Value in 5-10 years

PS1 Games:
Netz Toyota Racing (Jap)
Netz Vitz Racing (Jap)
Grand Theft Auto Limited Edition (PAL) (with LE audio CD)
Warhawk (PAL) (cardboard case edition)
Tekken (PAL) (cardboard case edition)
Tekken 2 (PAL) (double case with silent hill demo)
Mortal Kombat 3 (PAL) (cardboard case edition)
Final fantasy 7, 8, 9
Metal Gear Solid 1
Metal gear Solid Special Missions
Fifa 2005 (last game to be released on ps1)

PS2:
ICO (cardboard edition)
Shadow of the collosus (cardboard edition)

All games are black labels and in complete and excellent condition.
