I'm referring to the original Toejam and Earl on SEGA Genesis. Are there any extra life presents in the fixed world? So far I've only been able to obtain extra life presents in the form of the black "random" present.
I know about promotions and the lemonade trick on Lv. 0, so you don't need to remind me that I can get extra lives that way.

Not that I know of; I don't recall ever seeing any.
That said, although TJ&E is the two-player game of choice for me and one of my friends, we almost always play the random-world game, so it's very possible that there are extra lives somewhere that we just missed.
