Is there by chance any homebrew app out there that will allow me to listen to shoutcast streaming audio? DSOrganize requires a directory structure on the card and my EFA-I just doesn't like that, so it needs to be a single file.

Any ideas :D

Sorry -- DSOrganize is pretty much the be all, end all for streaming radio. I think there was one other program that allowed for it as well, but it only had space for three different stations and they were unchangable, so you only listen to those three at all times.

There is an app called NDS Radio, and you can edit the config file to add more shoutcast streams. But, I never got it to work correctly (the app would load fine, just no streaming). Do a Google search and give it a try.

EDIT:

Here you go:

Open the spoiler in the post and that will lead you to the download section for the app. You have to register to be able to download unfortunately, but give it a whirl.

It looks nice, but still requires a second file for configuration. I'll just have to drop for a Games n Music card and roll with that. The EFA/Superkey combo only takes you so far.

I do not recommend that Games n Music card at all. If you are going to spend $20, spend $10 more and go with a decent budget card like a DSTT or equivalent.

Good to know. Got a trustworthy site I can buy one from? I'm always skeptical about putting my CC number on the line if you know what I mean.
