My grails aren't machines themselves, but the PCBs.
if I had to have a machine grail, it would be the 4 player sega swing.

Id like to have a Hyper Duel PCB.....
I bought one of my grails earlier today:

Was this 68k's before? I rarely see this board and have been trying to look for one with a marquee.

It was danox's. He runs the southtown-homebrew.com website. It apparently comes with everything- marquee, manual, art, and 3p harness.
I can take a picture of it if you like. I should have it friday.

I order from there all the time. I forgot that they also carry PCB's.

A woman I work with used to be in the vending business with her husband and they have a few cabs in need of repair in their garage, but the highlight unit in their home is their fully functioning, good-as-new Star Wars Cockpit. People have been trying to buy it off of them for years.

Yeah, unintentionally, I just happened to love more Sega arcade games then I noticed. I realized when I was making the list that they were all Sega hah. I played both Daytona USA and Star Wars Trilogy a lot at the Disney's Quest place years ago (not that I havent played them a lot otherwise..). Did finally get to sit down and beat Star Wars there though, some kid was complaining because I was determined to beat it, told him to go walk to the other machine.

This, hands down, is the arcade game that I would love to own more than any other.
Wasn't it a Chuck E. Cheese exclusive? I never do remember seeing one of these anywhere else.

I think I've seen a Jurassic Park with curtains on it at Magic Mountain. Unless you mean that machine specifically, in which case I couldn't tell you.

I think this was the only model of this particular game. The only Jurassic Park that I know of with curtains is the Lost World.

Ahh! Totally neglected pinball when I posted..
Jurassic Park Pinball would definitely be on my list and would likely be the only arcade setup I'd actually purchase. It's price seems to be steadily climbing since I first starting watching it on auctions a few years ago..

Multiple people have said this one.
I am curious, what is the difference between this one and just Discs of TRON minus the fact that you are standing in a small room playing it. Blacklights or something in there?

Yes, it has blacklights, 4 speaker sound (2 speakers behind you), a series of lights above your head that flash when you get hit, talks (though some of the regular uprights talk as well), and a few other bits that are different. It makes the game a whole lot better, but it's hardly worth it as hard as it is to move. I can't even bring mine into my gameroom since it won't fit through the door. It's just way too tall and too long.

I'd really like it if some clever individual out there in interweb land found a way to Phoenix dead CPS3 security carts. I want Third Strike, but I'm not shelling out on the hardware if it's gonna die on me randomly.
Other than that, an SC24-4 would be nice. This model has a 25" monitor, there are smaller models with 19" and 14" monitors. I think this cabinet really is great, but I surely have no hope of getting one in nice condition now.
http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/5296/sc254cg0.jpg
One crazy project for the future that I've been thinking about revolves around the rather lovely Super Megalo 2
http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/1556/supermegal02nv8.jpg
Now, I'd certainly need much more room than I have now, so this project is on hold until I move to a larger house at some point. I'd really like to fully restore the cab and replace the inevitably dead or dying crap rear projection screen with a nice biiiiig LCD panel. Sega also do a similar unit; the Naomi Universal DX. Same sort of thing, but very much in the style of UK/Japanese Naomi cabs. Really nice looking, but very orange. If I could get my hands on one I'd do a completely custom black New Net City version with all the reflective artwork and everything. Depending on the room available, I'd either go for a 46/52" LCD or a projector.

Just kidding, though some guy on a Dragon's Lair board (http://www.dragonslairfans.com/smfor/index.php?topic=231.0) actually bought one of those beasts! Amazing.
In all honesty, grails as in games I think I'll have a hard time finding:
