What is a lot of old Nintendo Power and GamePro Mags worth?

A guy is offering me his old GamePro Magazines (1997-2001) and Nintendo Powers (95-present day)...for the most part he said a year or so may be missing...for $80. They are all in great shape. Are the magazines worth that much or should I say THAT'S TOO MUCH!

I usually offer people $1/each for gaming mags. That's definitely a good price on the lot (assuming they're in good shape).

I dunno, you could get more than $1 a pop if someone was looking to fill holes in their collection.
