Like Eggs of Steel for the PlayStation, Kartia also had a Blockbuster version that was made. The difference was the BBV of kartia's title on the artwork for the cover was blue instead of the silver foil version. The BBV of this game is harder to find than the regular version. The BBV also had a different disk number which was PSRM-010600. I'm not sure about the SLUS number but it might be different as well.

Is mine the BBV of Kartia?

It is blue and the only foil on the cover is the word "Kartia." My disc has the number "PSRM-010601." But it could be the wrong disc because I purchased my copy used from a Gamestop. They always take all of the discs out of their cases. The original could be in someone elses case?

That would be the regular version. Sorry i didnt explain it better but the words "Kartia" were blue was what i ment, this would be a good example.

Old news. I covered this on Game-Rave:

I was even credited on Wikipedia for the info. : )

I was hoping I had something special, but I only have the disk. :( There are no differences in the disks correct?

Just the PSRM numbers, the BBV's number was 010600 while the regular's number was 010601.

Hi, does the manual also have the text in blue or just the cover?

Just the Cover.
