For me, it's probably either Pepsiman or any of the Densha de Go games.

Pepsiman is entirely in English, even the voice acting. It has Japanese subtitles. Plus, the concept of a soft-drink themed superhero running around town to refill Pepsi machines is amusing to me. LOL

Densha de Go is good too.

Probably some of the simple series games for ps2- zombie vs. ambulance, 50 foot woman, or maybe parodius- love paroidus.

Something SuperFami I'm sure, probably shin-chan or gradius.

The Cho Aniki fighting game for the Super Famicom!

I was going to say the same thing, except I have the Playstation version. Something about dudes shooting semen at each other just seems....odd to me:shameful:

Money Idol Exchanger for the Gameboy

I mean it's a puzzle game like alot of puzzle games out there (most similar to Bust-a-move)...but using...money (yen), instead of bubbles or blocks. I thought it was weird anyways.

I believe there was a PS2 version, as well as a US MVS version under "Money Puzzle Exchanger".

edit: was Toilet Kids on the PCE ever released in the US? If not...that wins the funniest/oddest

While it is not insanely weird, I would have to say Ouendan.
