Buyer's address not showing up as confirmed

I have had this happen a couple times now. Basically, a buyer without (I think) a confirmed address pays with paypal, so I reject the payment. They proceed to confirm their address, but subsequent payments still show up as unconfirmed for me.

Anyone else have this problem? Is there a solution?

It takes like a week for the address to be actually confirmed and changed on Paypal if I remember correctly.

That would certainly explain things. For some reason I thought confirming with a CC was pretty much instant, and the other method was the only one that took a long time.
