I didn't want to take the stickers off for fear of ruining the box and because as stated by dao2, it was a Blockbuster Exclusive game.. Thanks for the bumps guys

Yea I had never heard of this one myself. I wish I could afford it but looking at Ebay prices it is out of my range :( It is selling loose for $35 and complete for around $90-100 :O
