What Super Famicom games had extra packaging?

Alright so basically when a Super Famicom is complete is comes with a:

Box
Manual
Plastic Tray
Game
Controller Card(Has the game's controls on it)
and the Green(or Pink) AC Paper.

but...

I noticed some games come with extra stuff included in the packaging like Fire Emblem Thracia, Star Fox and Street Fighter seen here:

So my question is what games came with extra stuff that wasn't part of the normal packaging?

My other concern would be the PINK AC papers, which games they do/don't come with and whether it is possible for the pink AC papers to come with the green ones.

What's the difference anyway?
