Hey guys,
Just thought i would share my latest find with you all.
The lot included around 50 games, 2 loose mega drive 2 consoles, a loose mega cd 2, a loose 32x and some assorted contollers (everything PAL by the way).
I had it all shiped to me for a total of $290 AUD.

Anyway ive taken some pics of the games and i was wondering if there are any gems in there i should take note of and also if i got a good deal (too late now anyway haha).
Ill also note that all the mega cd games have their books cept for the 2 that are disk only. Also a good 2/3s of the mega drive games were also complete.

I know nothing about MD stuff, but translated to Genesis that price would be quite high.

With my experince with NTSC/PAL normally the PAL version are worth more.
Its probally cause we generally pay more for our games new, or perhaps because there are less of them around.

Also yeah, i honestly think the deal was ok-ish, but i was just wondering what all you guys thought.

Thanks for the replys guys, ill be sure to share more findings on this board.
More opinions are also welcome!

Two Very difficult to find Mega CD games.
Marko's Magic Football
Blooshot

Worth maybe 20 AUD each.
Probotector
Wolverine
Slam Masters

Rest is pretty common stuff.

$290 is probably way overpaid, but you should be able to pawn off those two Mega CD games in the UK for an easy $100 AUD + I would think.

Some nice games in there, but after calculating the price per game (from what you paid), yeah, some games were a bit overpriced.

I think that perhaps 30AUD or 40AUD less would be best.

Not sure where it was shipped from, but unless it was somewhere pretty distant, I'd have to agree with everyone else so far. Too much money - but if they're all games you wanted and are worth it to you, I wouldn't worry too much.

Thanks for the comments guys!

Thing is, i dont have many games in my collection yet. So basically i bought this as a starter/padder.
Ill just palm off the rest of the stuff on ebay when i get around to it.
I can probably get 50$ + for the mega cd if i throw in a few games, looking at some other auctions ive seen around (ive already got a boxed one).

Oh also the postage was local in AU. I think the guy paid around $50 (which is what i paid him for postage).

But yeah at least there are a few rare titles in there so i dont completely feel like ive wasted my money. Saves me having to buy them at a higher price individually later on.

Im actually trying to start a PAL Mega CD and Mega Drive complete collection. Ill probably then import the missing titles NTSC from the US.
Currently the only area my game collection is lacking is pre ps1 era, so yeah im just trying to pad to get something to start up with.

If you guys are curious, ill post some pics of what i already have collected.

EDIT: Also when you think about it, say roughly $10 each just for the other mega cd games = $100 or so, plus the $100 for the 2 rare games. Thats already $200. 32X + mega cd probally worth $50 too, so the deal wasent that steep.
Also i forgot to mention there was a loose 32X game - Virtua Racing Deluxe (it has a box but its FLAT) so my grade says loose :P.
