In Both Games on the GBA what shop is open that is closed on the GBC..I can't seem to find it in my 2 books I have

IIRC, there is no real "shop" that is open - it's just that the owner of the one shop will sell you some special ring that you couldn't otherwise get. I believe it's called the "Advance Ring."
