Jakks Classic Arcade Pinball PNP

Hello,

I picked up a Jakks Pinball Plug 'n Play on the cheap.

However the video does not work right. It just scrolls horizontally and the picture looks black and white. The audio works fine.
Any guesses what could be wrong?
