Hello all,

I have in my possession a sealed ICO for PS2, which I bought new back in the day. I never did get around to opening it, and I am now wondering how much it is worth. I looked on eBay, but I would like to hear what you guys have to say about it.

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

$50? I don't know, I wouldn't be surprised if you could still find this in stores.

I bought this new at Sears less than 1 year ago for $14.99 in the discount bin.
Of course, I opened it and played the heck out of it.

Save it for a few years and its value will increase at least 2 times :D

100 bucks are a great deal on ebay ... but don't last long :D

Try and play a copy of the game (don't open yours) because it's one of the best games on the system.

I would not even consider selling it until the PS2 phases out of the new sector, probably when the PS4 comes out- then people will start remember all the lost gems, and ICO will be worth a lot more.

Good luck!

This is exactly what I would say and do! I have a sealed copy I never got around to opening and playing that I couldn't bring myself to opening since I had a fair idea of what it was worth over the last year or so. Lucked out and found a copy in the wild and played through it.

It's funny thinking about ICO and how it makes sense that it would go up in value being a cult classic but dosen't make sense remembering when it was rather easy to find cheap. I bought it at K-Mart for $10 and then saw and passed on another copy I wish I would have grabbed about a year later for $8.
