You need to download a program called bit torrent but it is well worth it because you can get complete romsets (emulators included) for neogeo pocket color, genesis, snes,nes,game gear, sega master system and for tg-16. Heres the site http://www.torrentse.cx/index.php?type=6

Yep, good stuff. Just be sure to run a virus scanner at all times, ad scan the files you download guys. Free stuff is not without it's drawbacks....
