Looking for outlets that sell european PC game cases

As some of you may know, since 2000 or 2001, virtually all PC games sold in Europe have been sold in normal sized DVD cases, compared to how NA has only recently begun doing this, and beforehand has sold nearly all of them in double-sized DVD cases or cardboard boxes of that size. I'd really like to pick up alot of these for my PC games to save space and for the visual aesthetic, so where can I turn to for this? And what are the typical prices for them?

I obviously want english language cases too. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

why not get a dvd case and print your own?

personally i prefer old style packaging due to their ability to carry a hefty manuel ;)
