Need a point in the right direction (joystick question)

Long story short, I like playing fighting games, I like playing classic games.

I need help finding a joystick I saw somewhere that you push down or pull up on the joystick, turn it and it switches from 4 to 8 way.

I have your basic Happ competition joystick and they're good for fighting games but I'm tired of getting jammed up in any 4 way games. (turning in Pacman, or going up ladders in Donkey Kong etc.)
