Link. (http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=243270) it took me forever to get through to the site, it's being hammered. You need to sign up for a Eurogamer account (free) before you can login, and you need to make a UK PSN account to download the beta. Good luck!

basically so much traffic caused the site to crash today, making it damn near impossible to get a code. A few hours later they were all out :(

I got one. The game is fun, but I'm not really sold on it. I'm a huge platformer fan, but there's a big emphasis on creating your own levels and co-op play, neither of which interest me. I'm not at all creative and I prefer single-player, so I'm not sure if I'm going to be picking this up day one.

That's the weird thing about LBP. I played it at Comic Con and unless you are someone who loves to create levels or customize things and share those collaborations, it's not really the game for you. I just don't have the time and patience for it at this point and I'm a little surprised that Sony thinks this will be the next big thing. I suspect it will be popular initially, but most people will get bored once they realize that it's really a construction set and not a game in the traditional sense. I am looking forward to seeing how far people push the tool set to design levels, but even that's not enough to encourage me to play it more than a few times.
