I want to sell this all at once, probably on ebay. What is a reasonable buy it now? About what amount should I accept for it?

It also includes about 40 unlisted systems (all complete in box or new).

Based on your size of your collection, it can go from $10,000-35,000. I would sell them as separate game lot so you would rake in more cash.
Don't mind me asking, I was wondering why would you want to sell all your collection?

I lost my list awhile ago, and had to redo it. That took about 15-20 hours. After that I just tried to update the list as I went along, which wasn't too hard (just set things aside until you have time to list it).
I learned my lesson about backing up important files regularly. :)
