Batteries Plus is your friend. That's where I got mine for like 35 dollars.

I just bought one of the Sony extended life batteries last month on clearance at TRU for $13, so you might want to check there.

Not to threadjack, but does anyone know the item number for the phat Stamina battery? I've got a new and sealed one sitting here on the shelf, but I don't know if it's for the slim or phat PSP. The item number on the front of the package is PSP-280u/98541.

There is only one Stamina battery, and it is a phat type BUT works on the slim as well. Only thing is that you will need the special battery cover for the slim.

Yeah, there's 2 packaging variations on this battery which confused me with exactly what I had at first. The older ones come come in the bronze "Stamina" blister pack (what I have) and the newer ones are packaged in a yellow and black box with a special slim battery cover. Both batteries are exactly the same though.
