I believe it works with most of the KOEI games, too. (Romance of the 3 kingdoms, nobunaga's ambition, liberty or death, PTO, Operation Europe)

oh yeah, forgot those!
pretty much all sim games support the mouse.
personally i love that mousepad that came with it! i still use mine, and get new ones every couple years, good thing it was such a failure that you can still get em new!

Here's a list of some for the Sega CD:
Dungeon Master II
Eye of the Beholder
Mansion of the Hidden Souls
My Paint
Panic!
The only one of those I've tried is Eye of the Beholder, and the mouse worked nicely with it.

I didn't even know the Genesis had a mouse peripheral! I've actually never used any system's mouse (SNES, DC, etc). How is the sensitivity? I imagine hit or miss since most games probably didn't have a setting for that--I'm thinking of the Koei games specifically.

well its a trackball mouse so I cant really see it being that sensitive but I will try now. Thanks all for helping to gather this mouse info.

What about Fun N' Games? I know that the SNES version is compatible with the SNES mouse.

This thread reminds me of all the time I spent with Wacky Worlds + mouse on the Genesis when I was a kid. Yeah, we also had Mario Paint + the mouse on SNES, and Mario Paint was better, but Wacky Worlds had its own charm.
