A seller from Missouri put one up on eBay for $5.50, so I immediately grabbed it. The game arrived today, and it has the slipcase, manual, and bonus making-of DVD.
The sticker was not included, so I suppose the owner wanted to keep it.
Was $5.50 a good deal? The outside has a bit of wear along the edges, but it is in good condition otherwise.
