I found this in a article on N4G.com. I guess if you enter the promotation code "FableCollection" on this webpage you get a free fable 2 soundtrack. Which consists of I think 5 or 6 mp3's. Anyway, I enterd the code and it didn't work, but I looked at the page closer and there is a picture that says fable collection. So I don't think you really even need the code.

There's a review for Fable 2 on IGN. They gave it an 8.8. I was going to get the game if I saw 7s or above. I like the games I buy to have some length to them so this quote from IGN has me worried:

The main quest is short, but there are numerous other distractions. If you invest yourself in Fable II, you can spend easily spend 30 hours in Albion. If not, you can truck through in under 10 hours.

I put 60 into the first Fable!

Shit - I was planning on playing it all day tomorrow to celebrate but it sounds like that's all the time I might need. I'll take it slow, that's for sure.

You put 60 hours into the first fable, but it can be completed in just 6. Use that to factor your playtime in the new game.

How the heck did you do that? I was done in 9, and I was fairly thorough.

I read most of that IGN review (4 pages. damn!) and it sounds like the things I didn't like about the original are returning to this one. I'll still play it, but I was hoping for a better experience this time around. I guess it's just not my type of rpg.

I like to collect things and the world they created in that game was very fun for me to explore. So when a company makes beautiful environments like that (and Oblivion, Morrowind) I tend to just wander around and do things not related to the missions.
