This is the wrong section as we have a What's It Worth category. I understand that you probably can't see it yet because you are new. In any event, I have collected CD-i stuff for years and for the most part, these not for resale demos are relatively common, running about $10 at the most each on Ebay, or a lot less if you find them sprinkled in a lot. A couple of the discs are a little less common like the retailer demos you have, but again nothing really worth more than $10-$20 depending on condition.

I would pop them on ebay individually, starting at $14.99 a piece. If they sell for more, then its win win

I have a question about the CD-I.. There were a bunch of different controllers for the system. Which one actually came with the system? And I know there were different models of the CD-I. So did different model CD-I's come with different controllers?

Yes. There were different remotes included depending on the player model. The older models had something that looked like a squared off TV remote with a thumb stick. The later models came with a thinner remote that had a circular pad at the top of the remote. There were also at least two versions of the console style controller, one that was flat with rounded edges and a detachable stick and one that was fatter but molded roundly on the bottom side. These controllers were both sold separately, but may have been bundled with the systems at certain retailers like Sears.

Demonstration disks arent worth all that much, though games like Zelda or Link would go for quite a bit more. I have a ton, and couldnt sell them for 3 or 4$ each so. Certain ones are more rare, but still :P

You don't have access to Buy/Sell or the Ebay forums yet because you've not been here 10 days.

Since this has turned into a sale thread i'm shimming this over to the Everything eBay forum.

Note to interested people, he can not see this newly moved thread for 3 more days, so if you've got a question, please PM or send him a message via eBay.
