Or was it really REALLY bad luck?

Each of these goes between 15 to 20 a piece. Are there any red flags I inadvertantly put up? I know my shipping time score is bad but come on.
$1.50 ????

Could just be bad luck(or good luck for the buyer). It happens to all of us at some point.
I usually try to think like a buyer doing a search and put as many key words into the title and auction that I think a buyer might be looking for. You could have put PS1 or PSX in there somewhere as well as "1 & 2" along with "I & II". Or anything else that might have let a few more people find your auction. Selling on Ebay is a numbers game.
That's just my suggestions, there's no one right way to make listings.
Also, I think Ebay is leaning more towards a buyers market now.
- EDIT
You also forgot to put RARE!!! in the title. That'll usually get you a few more bids ;)

It does say rare in the title .

I would have put 1, 2, ps1, and ps2 in the title. Otherwise, you did fine and it's just bad luck. That is why I always do buy it nows for games. After all, you know exactly what they're worth so why not guarantee yourself that amount?

Well, you started with a 99 cent (or less) opening bid and you got burned when that's what you got. Saved yourself some listing fees and now you're screwed.
Anything with a degree of value I always try to bump the opening bid. For this, I would've started it at $9.99 opening bid, no question about it. Even if it sells for only that, it's 10 times more than what you got for it now.
Just bad luck of the draw that it didn't get bid up, but you started it too low and that's the risk you run.

Your probably not the only one that missed it because that .;)
Ebay searching can be a tricky business. When I list PlayStation games I try and fit psone ps2 pstwo and such in the title.
I would have listed them separately myself just to fit more in the title . I see you also listed them as vintage games and that could also be why it went so low.

I would have entered it as Saga Frontier "2" as that's the way they did it on the cover.
Also, you listed it in Vintage Games, which I don't think is quite right for a PS1 game. Admittedly, while there is no consensus on what is "Vintage" or not, I would typically associate the term with Atari or Intellivision or something like that.
EDIT: Oops, I guess that's seconded for wrong category.

I agree with the title improvements people mentioned above as well as putting it in the proper category. Couldn't hurt to offer worldwide shipping either. I have been getting 2-3X my normal overseas sales in the last 4-5 months, and I sell a lot there normally.
