Phillips CD-I controller questions

Hi, I have two models of the cd-i. One model where you load the cds from the top. and then another where the tray comes out. And I have I believe every controller you can get for the system. I can get the wireless remote control style controller to work. But I can't get any of the other controllers (like the d-pad stle controller) to respond at all. So, is there something you have to do to get other cd-i controllers to work? Will only certain controllers work on certain cd-i systems? HELP!

All work perfectly fine together, no problems. I just plug the d-pad controller into the front input jack and it works. There is a turbo switch on the bottom of the controller that affects games in different ways, you may want to try flicking that a couple of times, that is if this is even the one you have (maybe post what you have).

I've never heard of any issues like this myself.
