So I have the following dilemma:

What is the best way to reattach the label? Super glue?

Super glue is bad. Look for a glue that is labeled 'acid-free.' I personally prefer glue sticks as they have a paste like consistency and it's easy to spread evenly without penetrating the paper like liquid glue can.

Same here. Like I learned in school, that is why we ask questions, because someone else may have the same question.

I have a few labels that need some help sticking, but I didn't want to damage them more than they already were. It sounds like an easy and simple solution though.

Considering that it's just a black and white label, personally, I'd do a high resolution scan and repro it onto high quality sticker paper.
