175-220 is an appropriate price for a US Edition.

Well, you should note that the 175-220 quote is according to the Neo Geo price guide which hasn't seen an update since 2006. The last complete one I saw sold on eBay was higher than that (it was around $230 or so), I suppose that was 3-4 months ago. May have been a couple others since then, I don't check often. I see there is one available now for $260 OBO, though all that sellers items seem a little on the high side to me.
In the end, I think accepting an offer as low as $100 seems very fair considering you can get a case off a JPN Fatal Fury 3 which go for $50-60 and probably make back around half that reselling the FF3 game/insert/manual. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants the rarest King of Fighters english release on the cheap, after all it's not often I see AES games without case AND without the proper manual (still not happy about this, from outward appearances the manual looks identical). :P
If no one is interested I'll probably just have to pick up a FF3 to de-case myself and move this to eBay at some point.
