The rarity guide lists it as a 7 ($90) complete, but how much is a loose cart worth?

I'd say 90. Complete ones have been fetching well more than 90 for a while now.

I would say around 140.00 for a complete copy and 75.00 for cart only.

There was also a cart only that sold on Ebay recently for only $49.99 so it's worth maybe $60-70 on average.
