I've decided to part with a lot of my collection over the past week and I'll continue over the coming weeks....

Why? I'm sure some of you have noticed that I have been selling a lot lately.

Because I have decided to jump into the world of JAMMA and its arcade machines. Arcades cost a lot of money and require a lot of space. I have little room in my apartment and I have decided to trim the fat. I'm not getting out of gaming completely, but as far as the classics, I'm trimming down the stuff I don't really want or have never played. I don't have any more space for this stuff and its collecting dust.

Collections are great, but its time to trim it down to what I really want. I think we all hit a point where its time to slow down in the chase. Memories though :) It reminds me of a time where I collected everything that I saw and spent all the $$$ in my wallet at once.

To you younger collectors: Collect what you really want to play, don't try to get everything at once, it will all come together eventually. I think the chase and the hunt is more fun for stuff you really want.

Well, thats the end of my thoughts.

I'm not getting rid of my US Turbo stuff though ;)
