Trying to get this guy to keep his word and end of the deal is like beating a dead horse. I am hoping that he will do the right thing and pay me back, but I am not hopeful. I have received dozens of excuse PM's ranging from "car trouble", "hospital bills", "back-rented", "car accident"....the list goes on and on. And after all of that this guy has the balls to post in these forums offering to buy things. Heh.

There is not much I can do if he decides never to pay me back, but at minimum I can spread the word and help others to avoid getting ripped off as I did.

I'm not lying here, people. I did honestly forget to disclose some very minor things regarding the unit. But, they were so minor in fact and the deal was closed within 15 minutes of him initially contacting me, while I was at work, and when I hadn't even looked at the unit in over a year.

To add further, yes I was very sorry that you were not happy with the unit and I did agree to pay you back. I am sorry but I was annoyed that you continued to tell me how much you needed the 23 dollars when I told you I would pay you back as soon as possible. To bother someone so much over a measley 23 dollars is just kind of annoying. Take care and I wish you well in the future.

Even if this guy said that all he could do was send me one dollar for the next 23 months I would have been fine. The point I am trying to make is that while he believes it is about the money, it is clearly NOT. It is about trader integrity. If you do wrong and make a promise to do right, do it. It is only $23 where he is concerned, but it was really $165 to me. Well, $138 since he refunded a little over half months ago ($27). So, $138, and I ended up not being able to fix it and I sold it off to someone who wanted to utilize just the casing for I believe less than half of that. So, even if I ever received the $23 refund, I still lost bigtime on this ordeal. But still, all I am asking is for mills to keep his word and refund the measly $23....so if anything I can put this horrible deal behind me. It was twisting the knife even further to discover that he *continued* to conduct deals (try to buy things) in the forums, fully aware of his promise to me.

Refer to his first post in his feedback thread (he mentions me as having a good trade with him), and while I cannot remember now what exactly we traded, I am almost certain I have had multiple trades set up with him.
