I rented the game back when it came out and sent it back after finishing it. Two weeks ago, I received it as a gift and don't really want to play through it again, plus I could use the cash so I'm going to make it available here to someone who doesn't want to pay full price. My guess. He played it. Then got it as a gift from someone who didn't realize he played it then traded/sold or just kept it and now has 2.

I rented it from Gamefly when it came out, beat it, and sent it back. I recently got the game as a gift from someone, and don't want to replay it. I edited my original post to clarify this.
