I've seen actual carts of contra 7. And other weird nes carts like a mario game but mario is replaced by megaman. Dracs Night Out. Earthbound for nes... what are all these carts? is there a list of them?

Contra 7 and the like are just hacks or bootlegs. Dracs Night out and Earthbound are repros of either unreleased roms or translated games. Check out nesreproductions.com for info on those.

How are the Castlevania and Zelda games? Are they modded, or completely seperate, new games? Do they come with a box?

Yeah check youtube, Zelda Outlands is amazing. Make sure you check that one out if you like the original Legend of Zelda.
No boxes or manuals, I don't think anyone makes these.

I just bought Outlands. Has anyone played Fall of the Moon or Ganons Revenge? If so, how are they?

Not sure about fall of the moon, but I heard Ganon's Revenge is good, but it is VERY challenging. I'd assume Fall of the Moon would be similar to Outlands and Revenge.

So this guy is from Green Bay? He had (or still has) a store by the same name!

well instead of buying from the site I bought FF3, Mega Man Ultra, Mini Putt, and Super Mario Bros. 2 (known here as the lost levels) from Next Level Video Games (cheap pop? maybe!)

Yeap, those are the same ones. VGK is Next Level's Distributor.

Umm, no. VGK manufactures the repros. I know this because I've been in the basement where hundreds of NES carts lie in wait to become VGK repros.

So what if you've seen an actual cart of Super Contra 7? If you're a regular in Asia, these kinds of things are the norm. I've seen carts of various versions of Super Contra 7, along with countless other Contra pirates, like:
Super Contra 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, X
Contra 93, Fighter, Spirits
Super Fighter, Fight I
Darkwing Duck 2
Countless Mega/Rock Man pirates
There is absolutely no definitive list of pirate NES (or any other system) games. Hell, they're still being made now.
